Since 2018 we've used the Dynamic Equity practice (Slicing the Pie), by asking partners to contribute part of their compensation to the pool (5-10%, sometimes more). This pool is now being used to fund the development of innovative solutions. Extra shares are used for compensation the after-hours work, hackathons etc.
